Before you start using our service and uploading files please read carefully how to prepare your documents: |

- Accepted file formats:
- tif (compressed or uncompressed)
- psd (not higher than cs5)
- we accept only flattened files (no layers!)
- please do not zip the files!
- Color profile
- all files need to be in CMYK (RGB is not accepted)
- we accept any color profiles embadded in your file (e.g. euroscale coated)
- CMYK docs with pantone channel(s): the extra plate(s) should be named as "p1", "p2", "p3", etc

- Masked areas or selections in your document (if you want to modify only selected part of the image)
- our modules are able to recognize vector paths embadded in your psd or tif files
- If you want our modul act only within the selection path(s) in your file, the path(s) should be named as "path_1", "path_2", etc.

- Uploading your file / workflow
- Click on the module you want to use.
- Double check your file in terms of format, color profile, extra plates or clipping paths if needed
- Click on "upload file" button
- Drag your file into the dropbox appearing on the screen
- You can upload maximum 5 file at a time for one module
- You are supposed to get an e-mail within a few minutes containing our receipt of receiving your file
- You may also get a message about problems with your file e.g. wrong format, according to that you need to prepare your file again and reload in our drop-box.
- The lead-time of processing your file(s) may vary from few minutes to an hour depending on the activity on our server. The expected lead time can be checked at the activity-meter in the main menu
- If your file is ready, you will receive another e-mail message with a download-link.
